ITINERARY

TUE/DAY 1: LONDON – AMMAN

Depart London for Amman

WED/D 2: AMMAN – MADABA - MOUNT NEBO – KERAK – PETRA (B/-/-)

After breakfast, drive along the 2000-year-old Kings Highway; the ancient road mentioned in the Bible, which links prehistoric villages from the Stone Age and biblical towns. Stop at Madaba, ‘The City of Mosaics’; 30km south of Amman. Visit the town’s main attraction, the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George where the famous 6th Century Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land and other biblical sites is found. Proceed to Mt. Nebo, known as the burial place of Prophet Moses. The mountain, which rises to 840m altitude, offers a spectacular view of the Holy Land. Continue driving via the Kings Highway, which links prehistoric villages from the Stone Age, and biblical towns, to arrive at Kerak, the magnificent Crusader Castle built in the 12th century AD, which is situated on a hilltop about 1000 meters above sea level and surrounded by a valley on three sides. Kerak has been inhabited since at least the Iron Age and was an important city for the Moabites. Proceed to Petra for overnight.

THUR/D 3: DAY VISIT TO PETRA – WADI RUM (B/-/D)

After breakfast, a full day visit of the “Rose Red City” of Petra - a treasure of the ancient world. Celebrating in 2012 the 200th year of its rediscovery, the ancient Nabatean city of Petra was recently voted as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is without a doubt Jordan’s most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction. In 1985 Petra was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Begin your visit by enjoying a walk or a short horse ride from Petra’s main entrance to the entrance of the old city through the “Siq”, which is a 1210 meters long narrow canyon. As you reach the end of the Siq, the first and greatest monument of Petra slowly comes into view - this is the famous Treasury monument “Al Khazneh”. Petra is an extraordinary and unique place, which was built by the Arab Nabatean more than 2000 years ago. The Nabatean carved their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury from the desert’s natural rose-colored rocks and sandstones. Petra was an important junction for the silk, spice and other trade routes that linked the Eastern world with that of the West. Indulge yourself, and allow our professional guide to walk you through the architectural and spiritual wonders of this majestic place explaining every detail. Just 2 hours’ drive south of Petra a unique experience at the most magnificent place on earth, Jordan’s Wadi Rum is one of the world’s most beautiful deserts, filled with magnificent rose sandstone mountains, canyons & dunes. Wadi Rum Overnight is an experience unlike anything else of a lifetime!! Where you can also experience the joy of sleeping under the stars and the food tasting which reflected the true Bedouin generosity and local hospitality.

FRI/D 4: WADI RUM – AMMAN

After breakfast, you will join the group to the Wadi Rum visit, Jordan’s vast and echoing desert, for a 4x4 jeep ride. Stunning in its natural beauty, Wadi Rum epitomizes the romance of the desert. With its "moonscape" of ancient valleys and towering sandstone mountains rising out of the sand, Wadi Rum is also home to several Bedouin tribes who live in scattered camps throughout the area. Climbers are especially attracted to Wadi Rum because of its sheer granite and sandstone cliffs, while hikers enjoy its vast empty spaces. Wadi Rum is probably best known because of its connection with the enigmatic British officer T.E. Lawrence, who was based here during the Great Arab Revolt of 1917-18. Much of David Lean’s Lawrence of Arabia was filmed in Wadi Rum. , Return to Amman for overnight.

SAT/D 5: DEPARTURE THROUGH Q.AI AIRPORT / ARRIVAL DXB AIRPORT – DUBAI OVERNIGHT

After breakfast, transfer to Q.AI Airport for onward flight to Dubai. Meet and greet at Dubai International Airport. (Guests are met after immigration and customs, in the arrivals hall)

SUN/D 6: DUBAI HALF DAY CITY TOUR (SIC) & DHOW CRUISE (B/-/D)

After breakfast, pick our guest/s from hotel for half day Dubai City Tour. The ideal tour to discover in short time a maximum of Dubai…. First stop is at the Dubai Museum, showcasing an impressive collection of Information and Artifacts about the History and Life in Dubai and the UAE Once you arrive, you will discover the beauty and smell of the Spice Souk before entering the glittering Gold Souk. Of course, you will have some short time to bargain and to buy something if you wish. Beach Promenade & Atlantis, then we continue with the Bus to the famous Jumeirah Mosque, cruising down the Jumeirah Beach Road until the Burj Al Arab, where you get the great opportunity of an amazing Souvenir Picture. From there we pass by the Madinat Souk and continue to the famous Palm Jumeirah, the manmade Island get your cameras ready for snapping the unique and amazing Atlantis Hotel, looking like a Fantasy Building out of a movie. After our short stop at the Atlantis we will cruise back to the Sheikh Zayed Road, passing by the famous Mall of the Emirates. You will easily recognize the mall, because of the unique shape of the attached indoor ski slope. Visible from everywhere, we approach now Downtown, home of Burj Khalifa, the highest tower in the world. Attached to Burj Khalifa is the world’s biggest Mall: The Dubai Mall. All guests have the opportunity to get dropped back at their hotels at after noon. Evening after 06.30 our vehicle will come and collect the guests for Dhow Cruise Dinner. Gliding down the tranquil Dubai on our traditional Arabian dhow, with a lavish buffet dinner spread out onboard, is an experience distinguished by incredible milieu, unmatched hospitality, and courteous services. TUE/D 8: FLIGHT BACK HOME (B/-/-)

After breakfast, transfer to Dubai International Airport for the flight home.
