D2: Delhi - Agra

On arrival Delhi, you will be met by Incredible Tours representative at the airport who will escort you to the vehicle for the surface journey to Agra (230 km / 4 hrs).
Arrive Agra and check-in at the hotel.

D3: Agra - Varanasi (B/-/-)

Breakfast at hotel.
Morning Proceed for the full day tour of Agra.
Visit Taj Mahal (Taj Mahal closed on Fridays). The Greatest love story ever told! On the death of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, Shahjehan built her this memorial. It took 22 years to build this monument. Then proceed to visit Agra Fort - behind its forbidding red sandstone battlements lie palaces that tell the story of the Moghul Empire latertrnsfer to the local market for shopping. Noon: Drive to Delhi International Airport (230 Kms / Approx. 4 hrs). Evening: Arrive Delhi Airport and board the flight to Varanasi Arrive Varanasi and transfer to hotel for check in.

D4: Varanasi (B/-/-)

Morning: Proceed for a city tour of Varanasi.
You will see the Bharat Mata Temples, Emperor Aurangzeb’s Vishwanath Golden Temple. Varanasi Hindu University, a great seat of oriental learning visit Durga (Goddess of power) Temple. Orientation tour of Varanasi.
Afternoon: Excursion to Sarnath.
is the site where The Buddha preached his first sermon in the Deer Park. The complex houses Dhamek Stupa, which marks the location of a monastery. Visit the archaeological museum situated close by.
Evening: Witness Aarti Ceremony at Varanasi Ghat by sharing boat.

D5: VARANASI - BODHGAYA (B/L/D)

Early morning, begin the drive (250 Kms 6 Hours ) to Bodhgaya, the city of enlightenment. L. Afternoon: Arrive Bodhgaya and transfer to hotel for check in.Buffet Lunch at Bodhgaya hotel.
Evening: Explore the Mahabodhi Temple The Mahabodhi Temple serves to be the main and most important attraction in Bodh Gaya. It was built in the 7th century, surrounding the Bodhi Tree that Buddha sat under whilst he attained enlightenment. Buffet Dinner at Bodhgaya hotel Overnight: Hotel.

D6: Bodhgaya (B/L/D)

Morning: Proceed for a city tour of Bodhgaya The Mahabodhi Temple serves to be the main and most important attraction in Bodh Gaya. Visit Mahabodhi Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is an ancient, but much rebuilt and restored, Buddhist temple in Bodh Gaya, marking the location where the Buddha is said to have attained enlightenment. Visit Muchalinda Lake, a popular site at Bodh Gaya, the Muchalinda Lake is located next to the main temple. It is associated with a mythological tale stating that Lord Buddha was protected from the storm by Snake King Muchalinda.
Afternoon: Buffet Lunch at hotel Later, proceed to visit Sujata Kuti Sujata Kuti is a stupa built in the honour of a tribal woman named Sujata who saved Gautam Buddhaês life by offering him rice pudding after he had starved himself for years in the process of attaining Nirvana and renouncing every luxury he had including food. Sujata Kuti, is thus, considered religiously important in the Buddhist Culture. Buffet Dinner at hotel.

D7: Bodhgaya - Patna (B/-/-)

Early Morning: Drive to Rajgir (70 Kms / Approx. 2 hrs 15 minutes)
Arrive Rajgir and proceed to visit Japanese Stupa Also known as the Vishwa Shanti Stupa, this pillar is situated atop the Gridhakuta hill at an altitude of 400m. It was built as a symbol of world peace by the Japanese. L. Morning: Drive to Nalanda (14.2 Kms / Approx. 25 minutes) Nalanda Arrive Nalanda and proceed to visit ancient university Nalanda University Archaeological Complex is the excavated site of the ancient university. It is spread over an area of 14 hectares and is a major place of tourist attraction.
Later, drive to Patna (82 Kms / Approx. 2 hrs 20 minutes) Patna Arrive Patna and transfer to your hotel 14:00 hrs: Check in at hotel Rest of the day at leisure.

D8: PATNA – VAISHALI - KUSHINAGAR (B/L/D)

Drive to Vaishali (64 Kms / Approx. 2 hrs)
Arrive Vaishali and proceed to city tour Visit The Ashoka Pillar, King Ashoka became a great follower of Buddhism after the massacre of Kalinga and erected his famous Ashokan pillar in Vaishali which was to memorialize the last sermon of Lord Buddha that took place here. Later, visit Archeological Museum, on the north bank which houses the artifacts found during excavation, dividing them into four galleries, one is terracotta items of Human figures, another gallery has terracotta items of animal figures with wheels, cast coins etc.

D9: KUSHINAGAR - LUMBINI (B/L/D)

Proceed to city tour of Kushinagar. Visit Mahaparinirvana Temple, is said to be one of the most sacred shrines for Buddhists across the world. Built-in the traditional Buddhist architectural style, this temple houses a 6 m long reclining nirvana statue of Lord Buddha, that was excavated in the year 1876.
Visit Rambhar Stupa, holds a great religious significance to Buddhists all over the world as it is said that this is the exact spot where Lord Buddha was cremated and got Mahaparinirvana after his death in 483 BC. Later, transfer to hotel for Buffet Lunch.
Afternoon: Drive to Lumbini (161 Kms / Approx. 5 hrs)

D10: LUMBINI - SRAVASTI (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel.
Visit Lumbini, Proceed for a city tour of Lumbini Visit Maya Devi Temple, one of the most ancient Buddhist Temples in Lumbini, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Maya Devi Temple is one of the most well-known temples which is known as the birthplace of Gautam Buddha.
After the tour, return to hotel for early Lunch.
Noon: Drive to Shravasti (154 Kms / Approx. 4 hrs)
Arrive Shravasti and proceed for city tour of Shravasti. Visit Jetavana, is an ancient Buddhist monastery located in Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh. Situated just outside the old city of Shravasti, it is one of the prominent Buddhist monasteries in India.
Visit Ananda Bodhi Tree, also called the Bodhi Fig Tree or Bo Tree, is a large sacred fig tree located in Bodh Gaya, Bihar, India. Siddhartha Gautama, the spiritual teacher who became known as the Buddha, is said to have attained enlightenment or Bodhi circa 500 BCE under it. Buffet Dinner at hotel.

D11: SRAVASTI – LUCKNOW - DELHI (B/-/-)

Morning: Drive to Lucknow (155 Kms / Approx. 4 hrs) Afternoon: Arrive Lucknow and proceed to hotel for Lunch.
