D1: UK to Delhi

D2: Delhi

On arrival, you will be met by our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel.

D3: Delhi (B/-/-)

Breakfast at hotel and proceed for a City tour of Old and New Delhi Old Delhi. We will drive past Kotla Firoze Shah, ruins of an old fort of the 14th century, past the magnificent Red Fort (closed on Mondays) and Jama Masjid. Visit Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948. In the afternoon, we will drive past the Presidential Palace, the Rashtrapati, the impressive Rajpath to the World War I memorial arch, the India Gate, and then we will visit the Qutub Minar, the 72-meter-high Minaret.
Return back to the hotel and overnight.

D4: DELHI TO AGRA (B/-/-)

Breakfast at hotel and then leave for Agra by road, en route Mathura (205 Km/ Approx. 5 Hours from the Yamuna Expressway). Mathura is believed to be the birthplace of Krishna which is located in the centre of Braj or Brij-Bhoomi, called Shri Krishna Janma-Bhoomi, literally: 'Lord Krishna's birthplace' (Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi). Arrive Agra and check in to the hotel. In the afternoon, start your city tour of Agra – Visit the Taj Mahal (Closed on Fridays). The Greatest Love Story ever told! On the death of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, Shahjehan built her this memorial. It took 22 years To build this monument. Visit Agra Fort - behind its forbidding red sandstone. Battlements lie palace that tells the story of the Moghul Empire.

D5: AGRA – JAIPUR (B/-/-)

Breakfast at hotel. Leave for Jaipur by road (232 kms/ Approx 6 hrs) approx. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri - 37 km west of Agra lies the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri - an epic poem in red sandstone, built by Emperor Akbar the Great in 1569. Arrive Jaipur in the evening and proceed to your hotel.

D6: Jaipur (B/-/-)

Breakfast at hotel. Start your half day excursion to Amber Fort. Enroute Photo stop at ‘Hawa Mahal’ (Palace of Winds).
Amber Fort – 7 miles north of Jaipur is Amber with it’s a honey- coloured fortress-palace in the Aravalli Hills which can be mounted by the elephant. It has been described as “the sleeping beauty of Rajasthan”. Return will be provided by Jeep.
Afternoon: City tour of Jaipur. You will visit Jai Singh’s Observatory, built in the 17th century by the founder of Jaipur who, besides being a prince was also the soldier, astronomer, and builder. Then continue to City Palace, apart is now a museum that contains fine Rajput and Moghul paintings, rare manuscripts and armoury, old carpets, and even amazingly embroidered clothes of the Maharajas and the Maharanis. Visit the Govind Devji Temple- It is supposed to be the most popular temple of Jaipur, dedicated to Lord Krishna. Later visit Birla temple, a Hindu temple located in Jaipur, India and is part of one of the several Birla mandirs located all around the country. The grand temple is located on an elevated ground at the base of Moti Dungari hill in Rajasthan. The temple is sometimes also referred to as the Laxmi Narayan Temple.

D7: JAIPUR - DELHI (B/-/-)

Breakfast at hotel.
Drive to Delhi (340 km / 05 hrs approx).
Arrive & Check into the hotel. The rest of the day at lesiure.

D8: Delhi - Haridwar (B/-/-)

In the early morning, you will be transferred to the railway station.
At 06:45: Board train 12017 Dehradun Shatabdi Express to Haridwar.
Arrive Haridwar at 11:25 and you will be transferred to the hotel.
Later visit Mansa Devi temple which is an ancient temple that attracts people from both far and near due to its significance. The temple is considered a must visit for the pilgrims going to Haridwar. Visit Chandi Devi Temple, Goddess Chandi also known as Chandika is the presiding deity of the temple. The story of the origin of Chandika is as follows: Long time ago, the demon kings Shumbha and Nishumbha had captured the kingdom of the god-king of heaven - Indra and thrown the gods from Swarga (heaven). Visit Maya Devi Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to goddess Maya in the holy city of Haridwar of Uttarakhand state in India. Evening proceeds for Ganga Aarti at Holly river Ganges.

D9: HARIDWAR - RISHIKESH – HARIDWAR (B/-/-)

Breakfast at hotel.
Drive to Rishikesh (one way 25 km / 1 hrs approx.)
Arrive Rishikesh and proceed to visit Bharat Mata Temple, which is also known as Mother India Temple, is one of the most visited temples located in Haridwar. It is dedicated to Bharat Mata by her devoted patriotic nationals. This religious shrine was founded by Swami Satyamitranand Giri. Satya Narayan Temple, Shree Satyanarayan Mandir is the ancient temples of Shree Satyanarayan Bhagwan built by Somani Family of Mumbai and ashrams. Later return back to Haridwar.

D10: HARIDWAR - DELI - UK (B/-/-)

In the early morning, you will be transferred to the railway station.
Board the train 12056 NDLS Jan Shatabdi at 06:22, and you will arrive in Delhi at 11:15. Arrive Delhi and transfer to the airport to take your flight to the UK.
